Subscription Terms
1. General provisions
These Trial and Subscription Terms govern the use of paid premium features in the FirstXI App.
The operator of the App is Jakub Kacper Mrozik, conducting business under the trade name FirstXI App, registered office: Svatopluka Čecha 881/32, 735 06, Karviná - Nové Město, Czech Republic, registered number: 21877335, email: app@firstxi.pl.
The paid premium plan offered in the App is called FirstXI Pro.
Subscription purchase and billing are handled through the relevant platform store, namely Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the user’s device.
2. Scope of FirstXI Pro
FirstXI Pro provides access to paid premium features of the App.
Under the current business model, the premium plan gives the user full access to the app or to the full scope of premium features available in the current product version.
The scope of premium features may be expanded, changed, or updated as the App evolves.
3. Available subscription periods
FirstXI Pro may be offered in two variants:
- monthly subscription,
- yearly subscription.
Duration, price, currency, taxes, and final purchase amount may depend on the country, store, platform, and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
4. Pricing
As of the effective date of these Terms, the planned prices are:
- Poland: PLN 19.99 / month
- Poland: PLN 199.99 / year
- English / USD markets: USD 5.99 / month
- English / USD markets: USD 59.99 / year
The final price shown to the user before purchase in App Store or Google Play is the binding price for that purchase.
Prices may change in the future in accordance with the relevant store rules, applicable law, offer changes, or business decisions of the operator.
5. Trial
FirstXI App may offer a 7-day free trial to new users.
As a rule, the Trial is available only to new users and only once, subject to technical, account, regional, and store limitations.
Trial availability may depend on:
- platform,
- country or region,
- user account,
- current promotional offer.
Before starting the Trial, the user selects the relevant billing plan where such choice is available in the purchase flow.
If the user does not cancel before the Trial ends, the Trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription in line with the selected plan and store rules.
6. Purchase and payment
FirstXI Pro subscriptions are purchased in-app through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
Payment is charged by the relevant store after purchase confirmation in accordance with the platform’s rules.
FirstXI App does not store full payment card details when the transaction is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payment terms, authorization, billing, taxes, invoicing, and currency handling may be governed by the rules of the store through which the purchase was made.
7. Automatic renewal
FirstXI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription unless the user cancels before the next renewal.
After the end of the current billing period, the subscription renews for another period of the same type unless cancelled in accordance with the relevant store’s rules.
8. Subscription management and cancellation
The user may manage the subscription and cancel automatic renewal in the settings of their:
- Apple App Store, or
- Google Play account.
The user should cancel the subscription directly in the store through which it was purchased.
Deleting the account in the App does not automatically cancel the subscription. To avoid the next charge, the user should cancel the subscription before the end of the current Trial or billing period, in accordance with the store’s rules.
9. Effect of cancellation
After cancellation, the user generally retains access to premium features until the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law or store rules provide otherwise.
After the subscription expires, the user may lose access to some or all premium features while retaining the basic account, if that is the model currently used in the App.
10. Refunds and payment complaints
Refunds, payment complaints, chargebacks, billing corrections, and payment collection issues are governed by the rules of the relevant store through which the subscription was purchased.
If the subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.
If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, refunds and billing are handled by Google under Google’s rules.

11. Changes to pricing, offers, and features
FirstXI App may in the future:
- change prices,
- introduce promotional offers,
- offer discount codes,
- change the scope of premium features,
- expand or replace FirstXI Pro with other plans.
Price changes and renewal condition changes for active subscriptions may be subject to additional Apple App Store or Google Play rules and applicable law.
The current price and purchase conditions are always shown to the user before purchase or renewal to the extent required by the relevant platform.
12. Account deletion and subscription
The user may delete their FirstXI account in accordance with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Deleting the account removes data and access to the app in line with the applicable data retention rules.
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel the store subscription. If the user also wants to stop paid renewals, they must separately cancel the subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play.
13. Consumers and law
If the user is a consumer, they may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the extent permitted by law, the user acknowledges that beginning to use digital content or a digital service may affect the scope of withdrawal rights where the user has consented to this during purchase or activation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
