1. General provisions
The service provider and operator of the App is Jakub Kacper Mrozik, conducting business under the trade name FirstXI App, registered office: Svatopluka Čecha 881/32, 735 06, Karviná - Nové Město, Czech Republic, registered number: 21877335, email: app@firstxi.pl.
The App is made available globally, subject to the fact that certain features, payments, prices, availability, or terms may vary by country, platform, or store.
The App is intended for two user types: athlete and coach. By using the App, the user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- App – the FirstXI App mobile application, primarily available on iOS and Android.
- Service Provider – Jakub Kacper Mrozik, conducting business under the trade name FirstXI App.
- User – a person using the App as an athlete or coach.
- Account – an individual user account in the App.
- Athlete – a user using features intended for a football player.
- Coach – a user using features intended for a coach.
- Subscription – paid, automatically renewing access to premium App features.
- Trial – a free trial period of the Subscription.
- User Content – data, information, messages, check-ins, and other content entered into the App by the user.
- Store – Apple App Store or Google Play through which the user downloads the App or purchases the Subscription.
3. Nature of the App and scope of the service
FirstXI is a sports app supporting daily check-ins, adjustment of training plans to declared readiness and workload, monitoring of form, sleep, fatigue, and training history, team overviews and athlete signals for coaches, and coach-athlete communication.
The App is informational, training-related, and organizational in nature. The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical services, and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or professional diagnosis.
No information displayed in the App constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a guarantee of training safety. The user uses the App with full awareness of its supportive nature.
4. Technical requirements

- an up-to-date operating system and App version,
- an active user account.
Some features may require an active Internet connection, an email account, push notification access, or sign-in through a third-party provider.
5. Users and age
The App may be used by persons who are at least 12 years old. A user under the age of 18, by registering and using the App, confirms that they have obtained the consent of a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized person, where such consent is required under applicable law.
6. Registration and account
A user may create an Account via email and password, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in. In the case of email registration, email verification may be required.
The user must provide true, current, and non-misleading information and is responsible for the security of their Account and login credentials. Sharing an Account with other persons or using another person’s account without authorization is prohibited.
7. Coach-athlete relationship
A coach creates their Account independently. An athlete may join a coach or team by using a code or another mechanism made available in the App. Within the coach-athlete relationship, the coach obtains access to athlete data available in the system in line with the current functional model of the App.
Under the current model, the coach can view the full scope of athlete data shared within that relationship, including check-in data, readiness, pain, workload, history, alerts, plans, and training completion data.
8. Rules of use
The user agrees to use the App in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, good practice, and the intended purpose of the App.
- using the App for unlawful purposes is prohibited,
- posting or sending offensive content, threats, spam, or content infringing third-party rights is prohibited,
- disrupting the App, bypassing security, or gaining unauthorized access to data is prohibited,
- impersonating other persons is prohibited.
9. Check-ins, plans, and history
The athlete may complete daily check-ins and use the training plan for the day. The coach may view the athlete’s day and edit the athlete’s plan within the available features.
Once training has started or been completed by the athlete, some plan elements may be locked from further editing in order to preserve the consistency of training history.
10. Wellness data and functional consents
A significant part of the App’s operation is based on data regarding wellbeing, sleep, pain, readiness, mental fatigue, workload, and similar data entered by the user.
Use of the full App functionality may require consent to the processing of such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If the required consent is not granted, some App features may operate in a limited manner.
11. Responsibility of the athlete and coach
The athlete is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the data entered into the App. The coach is responsible for independently assessing the usefulness of the data, alerts, and analyses displayed in the App and for the training decisions made regarding athletes.
The App does not assume responsibility for training load selection, clearing an athlete for training or match participation, return-to-play decisions, or responding to pain, injury, or deterioration of condition.
12. Communication in the App
The App may enable communication between a coach and an athlete. The App’s communication features are not intended for emergency reporting or obtaining medical assistance.
13. Subscription and trial
The App may offer a paid premium plan called FirstXI Pro. The Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled by the user in accordance with the relevant Store’s rules.
The App may offer a 7-day trial for new users where available for a given account, region, and platform. After the Trial ends, the Subscription may automatically convert into a paid monthly or yearly plan according to the user’s purchase choice or settings.
The user may manage and cancel the Subscription in the settings of the relevant Store. Deleting the Account in the App does not automatically cancel the store subscription.
14. Right of withdrawal and consumers
If the user is a consumer, they may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, subject to exceptions concerning digital content and digital services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, its name, interface, code, graphics, layout, proprietary content, databases, marks, features, and materials belong to the Service Provider or authorized partners.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of the App as the sole basis for training, health, or organizational decisions, inaccurate user data, acts of third parties, or temporary unavailability, failures, bugs, or maintenance interruptions.
17. Suspension, termination of use, and account deletion
The user may stop using the App at any time and may delete the Account through the App or by another method made available by the Service Provider. Deleting the Account starts the data deletion process in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
18. Complaints and contact
Complaints regarding the operation of the App may be submitted to: app@firstxi.pl. A complaint should include the user’s contact details, a description of the issue, and where possible information allowing identification of the Account or event.
19. Governing law and EU consumers
These Terms are governed by Czech law, provided that a consumer using the App in the country of their habitual residence retains the protection granted to them by mandatory laws of that country.
20. Language and changes to the Terms
These Terms are made available in Polish and English. The Service Provider may amend these Terms in the event of changes to App functionality, legal changes, business model changes, and technical or organizational changes.
